Transparency in Coverage (TCR) regulations requires health plans and plan sponsors to make in-network and out-of-network machine-readable files (MRF) available to the public on their website. The link below includes a Table of Contents (ToC) file in .JSON format. The ToC file contains a series of links to both in-network MRFs and out-of-network MRFs. The ToC and MRFs to which the link redirects will be updated monthly.
